Candice is an Organisational Change & Learning Specialist, with fifteen years experience in building organisational capability and leading change management strategies.

She has worked with organisations throughout New Zealand and South Africa, across a wide range of sectors. These include: finance, retail, logistics, marketing, information technology, education and health.

Candice is dedicated to optimising organisational success through her expert knowledge of change and leadership techniques.

Areas of expertise:

Change Management:  Applying a structured methodology (PROSCI) and leading change management activities. Conducting impact analyses and assessing change readiness (ADKAR).

Training Programme Design and Delivery:  Designing and delivering modern learning solutions for both soft and technical skills across various levels of an organisation.

IT Business Solutions:  Facilitating design thinking workshops with key stakeholders to understand business problems. Identifying and investigating solution opportunities in new technologies.

Organisational Development & Human Resources:  Onboarding and working with businesses around workforce planning, talent and succession planning.
